剛完成心理學碩士課程，作為一名心理治療師的他日常生活雖然忙碌，卻也沒有忘記創作這回事。作為音樂製作人的他一直有為其他歌手創作，包括曾比特及涂毓麟合唱的《接觸不良》亦是出自於他的手筆！
羽田出生於上海市，既是歌手、唱作人，又是演員。2010年參加由新時代電視舉辦「新秀歌唱大賽」並奪得亞軍，同時亦是加拿大中文電台第四屆中文歌曲創作大賽全場總冠軍。
羽田畢業於多倫多大學後便回到中國發展。2013年擔任古裝神話劇《聊齋傳奇》音樂製作人；2014年演出個人首部電視劇《我的青春高八度》；2015年入圍《中國好歌曲第二季》蔡健雅組四強，自己詞曲創作並演唱寫給爸爸的歌 —《讓你幸福》，感動劉歡 、周華健及蔡健雅等天王天后級歌手，成為中國好歌曲十大金曲之一，並推出個人原創單曲《我的追隨》。其後，於2016年推出首張個人EP專輯《我是羽田》。同年參加《中國新歌聲》，成為周杰倫戰隊隊員。
羽田稱在首次踏上舞臺時，便發現自己是屬於音樂、屬於創作的，從音樂中找到真正的自己。

Laird was born in Shanghai. He is a singer-songwriter and actor. In 2010, he participated in the "New Talent Singing Awards" held by Fairchild TV and won the runner-up. At the same time, he was also the champion of the 4th Song Quest organized by Fairchild Radio.
After graduating from the University of Toronto, Laird returned to China. In 2013, he served as the music producer of the ancient drama Legend of Liaozhai; in 2014, he performed his first TV series “My Youth High Eight Degrees”; in 2015, he was shortlisted for the top four of Sing My Song / Song of China. He wrote a song for his father “Make You Happy”, which moved Liu Huan, Zhou Huajian, Cai Jianya and other Tianwang queen-level singers, and this song become one of the top ten golden songs Sing My Song / Song of China. He released the original single "My Follow". After that, he released his first solo EP album "I'm Laird" in 2016. In the same year, he participated in " Sing! China " and became a member of Jay Chou's team.
Laird said that when he first stepped on the stage, he found that he belonged to music and creation, and found his true self from music.
Jimmy曾奪得多個歌唱比賽的獎項，包括 2022年獲得中國好聲音加拿大全國亞軍、加拿大中文電台AM1430 及華研國際音樂 (HIM International Music Inc) 主辦歌唱比賽等，屢獲殊榮。

Jimmy is a multi-award-winning singer. In 2022, he won 1st runner-up in Voice of China - Canada Division (中國好聲音加拿大全國亞軍). Jimmy is also the champion of multiple singing competitions including ones hosted by Fairchild Radio and HIM International Music Inc (華研國際音樂).
He has been frequently sought after to perform at various festivals and events in Vancouver, Toronto and Ottawa.
獨立Hip-Hop音樂人 Lil’ Kool 來自中國重慶，現居多倫多。他曾獲得中國新說唱2024加東冠軍，亦是多大CHC社常駐表演嘉賓。作為 Legacy Studios 混音師；他曾登上 Rebel，The Axis Club等舞台，亦有擔任 Asen，OVO Roy Woods 的表演開場嘉賓。
Lil’ Kool 活躍於多倫多大大小小的 Hip-Hop 音樂活動，擁有前衞的音樂品味與創新的藝術視野。
Lil’ Kool is an independent Hip-Hop musician from Chongqing, China, now living in Toronto. He was the champion of Rap of China 2024 Eastern Canada, and the resident performer U of T CHC Club.
Currently works at Legacy Studios as a remixer. He was also on stage at Rebel and The Axis Club. Last but not least he was the special guest performer for the opening of Asen, OVO Roy Woods.
With his possesses pioneer music taste and vision in artistic innovation, Lil’ Kool is active in both big and small Hip-Hop music events in Toronto.
